Hi Pippa ~ What fun! I love art cars. Can't believe there were so many entrants - and such wild ones!

Pippa: Was that really you in the devil's outfit in the flaming basket... or whatever it was ? You little devil !
Ooops... I missed the title... it was on top of the picture... sorry 'bout that. It was a hand basket... cute idea.
Great
Karen ... ha ha ... that is funny you thought that was me in the handbasket .. Real Estate has not gone to hell here in Houston.
I am glad you enjoyed it Liz!
Don't we have some terrific annual events here in Houston? The variety and individual expression is fun to see. Thanks for sharing your photos!
wow we have art cars... but they do not have their own parade. You have some real interesting ones.
That looks like a lot of fun! I always enjoy your photos from the local events....in this case Houston.
Oh my gosh! That look like so much fun! I have been trying to comment on this for awhile and I guess it's just now working again. I have missed seeing your posts and figured that you must have been even busier than me! I also took the last 5 days off with my wife for some fun and did not login in to a computer anywhere, which was cool because we found other ways to amuse ourselves! I hope all is well in your part of the world!
Well done! I wish I was there to see this event! It looks like a fun time was had by all.
great way to display your artistic talents! Looks like a fun event :)
I never would have guessed that 250+ cars would participate in this. That's a tribute to your city's traditions, creativity and sense of fun.
What a great way to spend the day with the family. everyone seems to be enjoying this event. BTW, great photos.
