It is amazing to see the difference that the proper camera angle (and some paint) can make. I ran a business in the mid-90's that provided photography and printing/marketing for Realtors, and I was constantly amazed at how poor some of the photos were that agents would give us.

Loved this tour. Paint certainly can make a difference. I tell buyers all the time when they get hung up on certain color, that it can be painted. Easy fix but it is difficult for some buyers to see past it. Your post is great to show sellers what a difference paint can make.
