Pippa~ It's amazing what a difference can be made from staging taking photographs that SHOWCASE a home or room! Very nice! Good luck with the listing!

Happy New Year! The work I've been doing w/clients have made an amazing difference.  I had a lisitng go on 5 days ago and it's already under contract but it took 4 weeks to get ready.  Getting sellers on board and motivated during tough times is critical.
