I had the priviledge of working with First Time Home Buyers in The Woodlands / Shenandoah, Texas!
They had relocated here from Colorado and were looking for something with a POOL! Not a lot of options but staying within the budget we found a gorgeous, updated home, with a pool and a hot tub!

Oh yeah ... I'm kind of having a hard time not crying on this one! We started 5 months earlier and they didn't find their "dream home" right away. I thought they had dissapeared but they emailed one day that they had found a few homes that met their criteria ... I guess it pays to LISTEN to your clients!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so glad to see you back posting and this is a gem! I do not often work with first timers but it's obvious that these two were happy as clams! It's a great feeling to help others and they will probably be a good source for future business too!
